Rogue Elf Workshop creates handmade ceramics and ephemera that celebrate the parts of life often left out of traditional craft: queerness, kink, disability, and unapologetic BIPOC values. Working from my home studio in Silver Spring, Maryland, I make functional pieces—water pipes, trinket dishes, bedside trays, and more —that are as practical as they are playful, all dishwasher safe and built for real life.
I started Rogue Elf Workshop because I wanted to make the ceramics I couldn't find anywhere else. My work sits at the intersection of fine craft and subversive humor, where a meticulously decorated bong can be a work of art and a Hitachi magic wand fan pull can bring daily joy. I'm especially drawn to creating pieces for bedside tables—trays and dishes designed to hold the things we actually use, without shame or secrecy. Drawing on my background as a former props master and kitchen designer, I approach each piece with attention to both form and function.

As a disabled queer artist, my work also reflects my lived experience with invisible chronic illnesses. I make each piece by hand, one at a time, and every item is individualized—no two are exactly alike. When I see the joy and connection that my pieces bring to others, that's when I know I've made something that matters: functional art for people whose lives deserve to be celebrated exactly as they are.
